Full-time The Veron Company is seeking an experienced, motivated Lawn Care Professional to join our growing team. Position Details Full-Time Monday
Friday Occasional weekends during peak season $25
35 per hour , based on experience Overtime paid after 40 hours Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Experience operating: Commercial zero-turn mowers Stand-on mowers String trimmers Backpack blowers Aerators and overseeders Hedge trimmers and other commercial landscape equipment Responsibilities As an Experienced Lawn Care Professional, you will: Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties Perform seasonal lawn services including aeration, overseeding, dethatching, and lime applications Install mulch, soil, and landscape materials Perform spring and fall cleanups Prune shrubs and ornamental plants Identify common lawn and landscape issues and communicate recommendations Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment Provide outstanding customer service while representing The Veron Company Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement
