Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of Tiffany Florist, ensuring the shop runs smoothly while upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for florals, luxury retail, and customer experience. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, delight clients, and maintain an inspiring retail environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service Step in as acting Manager in the Manager's absence Customer Experience Provide elevated, personalized service to retail and event clients Handle client inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and grace Build lasting relationships with repeat and VIP customers Sales & Merchandising Support sales goals through active selling and service excellence Ensure displays, arrangements, and the retail space reflect the Tiffany Florist brand aesthetic Assist with pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising Floral & Product Oversight Help maintain quality standards for floral design and product presentation Assist with inventory control, ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste Ensure proper care and handling of flowers and plants Team Development Assist in training new hires on service standards, product knowledge, and store procedures Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or floral operations; leadership experience preferred Passion for flowers, design, and luxury customer service Strong organizational and multitasking skills, must be able to be organized digitally (Excel, files, word documents. etc) and with physical inventory. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm and polished in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must have excellent people and phone skills Must be able to lift 50lb.
