About the
Role:
The order fulfillment specialist is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders. This includes receiving orders from Customer care, pulling raw materials, tinting, packaging, and shipping orders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive Safety and Compliance Excellence.
  • Champion Diamond Vogel's purpose and values and inspire others to uphold company values.
  • Prepare color samples, fill multi pack size containers, tint, pack and ship final product
  • Verify finished product color accuracy
  • Accurately document formulas, adjustments, and test results.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • All other duties as assigned. What Skills and Experience you'll need:
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple software systems including ERP, UPS, and Corob Acutint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when filling, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Basic math skills and comfort working with measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with warehouse and Customer care teams.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing and/or laboratory setting with paint, pigments, and chemicals.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle paint samples and materials.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior experience in paint, coatings, manufacturing, laboratory, or quality roles preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework is a plus.
