In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse operations. Your expertise will ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with shipping regulations. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and supplies. Verify received materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation. Prepare, package, and ship finished goods and other materials in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures. Generate shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory and transaction records. Coordinate domestic and international shipments using UPS and other carriers. Ensure compliance with applicable DOT, IATA, and hazardous material shipping regulations. Safely handle and transport materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Maintain the shipping and receiving areas in an organized, clean, and inspection-ready condition. Support inventory control activities, cycle counts, and material movements within the facility. Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and freight carriers to resolve shipping and receiving issues. Assist with general warehouse activities and continuous improvement initiatives as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred. Previous experience driving trucks (non-CDL) and operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, powered and manual, shrink wrapping equipment) Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with UPS WorldShip and other shipping software preferred. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements. Current DOT and/or IATA hazardous materials certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties associated with warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
