Image Zone Printing & Graphics — Murrieta, CA About the Position Image Zone Printing & Graphics is an established, full-service commercial printing and graphics company serving Murrieta, Temecula, and the surrounding area. We are looking for an experienced Print Customer Service & Project Coordinator who understands digital printing, large-format printing, signs, graphics, or related print production. This is not a general receptionist or customer service position. Previous experience in the print industry is required. You should be comfortable helping customers choose products and materials and coordinating jobs through production. We have extensive quoting, digital proofing, preflight, and job-tracking systems to help guide the process, keep job information organized, and track projects from quote through completion, along with an experienced team to support you. Your experience should also give you a practical understanding of how long different types of print work take to produce so you can set realistic expectations with customers. What You'll Do Help customers choose the right print products, materials, and finishing options Prepare quotes and estimates Review and preflight customer artwork Identify file or production issues before a job reaches production Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Coordinate jobs with production and provide realistic turnaround times Track jobs from quote through completion Follow up on artwork, proofs, approvals, payments, materials, and deadlines Keep multiple projects organized and moving What We're Looking For Professional experience in printing, signs, graphics, large-format, or related print production Working knowledge of print materials, specifications, finishing, and production Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines Able to handle interruptions and return to unfinished work without losing track of it Reliable, accountable, and someone who follows through Experience with print estimating, preflighting, RIP software, Adobe Creative Suite, or other print-production systems is a plus. Pay:
