Job Description
Image Zone Printing & Graphics is looking for a friendly, organized person who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in getting things done. In addition to hourly pay, employees share a monthly bonus based on company sales, longevity, and quality of work. When the company does well, employees benefit. We also reward longevity and accurate, quality work. Printing experience is not required. We can teach you the printing side of the job. We're more interested in finding someone who communicates well, learns quickly, uses good judgment, is comfortable with computers, and can be trusted to take ownership of a customer's project from start to finish. You'll work directly with customers at our front counter, by phone, and through email. You'll spend a significant part of your day on the phone with customers , answering questions, preparing quotes, following up on projects, and helping resolve issues. You'll also collect artwork and information, coordinate with our production team, follow up on proofs and approvals, and make sure projects don't get forgotten. We have established quoting, proofing, and job-tracking systems to help keep everything organized. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people Organized, responsible, and dependable Comfortable taking ownership and following through Confident enough to say no when necessary, while remaining friendly and professional Comfortable spending a significant amount of the day talking with customers on the phone Able to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing Comfortable with computers and learning new software Able to handle several projects and interruptions without losing track of things Good at noticing when something needs attention rather than waiting to be told Comfortable asking questions when they don't know the answer This is not a graphic design position. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus, and you should be comfortable learning to make simple edits to customer files, such as resizing, adding bleed, or making minor text and layout changes. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with a good attitude, common sense, confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn.
