You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advance within a supportive office. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system Qualifications No prior insurance experience required Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license Positive, professional, customer-first attitude Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission

  • 60,000 per year This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met.

Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
