Process sales orders meticulously and expedite resolutions, serving as the crucial link between internal teams, warehousing, and transportation providers. Communicate vital product information, pricing, and tracking details with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Streamline operations by establishing documented processes and managing card payment processing within established timeframes. Collaborate cross-functionally on continuous improvement projects to optimize the overall service experience. What You Bring to the Team 2+ years of experience navigating Order Entry software and the Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated ability to capture, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
