Customer Service Representative Roles and Responsibilities:
Retirement and Benefits supports participants in employer sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
Provides participants with clear information on their accounts, guides them through how to execute transactions.
completes error free processing of financial transactions
Must Haves:
Customer service or call center experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour workweek. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work on-site in Hopewell/Pennington, NJ.
