Job Description

Infant/Toddler Teacher - Come Grow With Little Hands! Do you speak fluent toddler? Can you sing the same song 37 times and still smile? Do baby giggles, tiny milestones, and messy little art projects make your day? If so, Little Hands Children's Center may be the perfect place for you! We are looking for a loving, dependable, energetic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our Little Hands family. We want someone who understands that the little things are actually the BIG things — first steps, first words, learning to share, giving great hugs, and helping children feel safe and loved while they grow. Our ideal teacher is someone who: Loves working with infants and toddlers Is warm, patient, playful, and nurturing Enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities Understands infant and toddler development Can work as part of a team Communicates well with families Is dependable and ready to jump into the fun Understands that some days involve paint, bubbles, music, diapers, snacks, and lots of hugs — sometimes all at once! Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification is preferred, and previous childcare experience is a big plus. Your Experience Matters We believe your experience and education should be recognized. Starting pay is based on your EEC qualifications, childcare experience, education, and college coursework. Teachers with additional college classes, degrees, Lead Teacher certification, and infant/toddler classroom experience may qualify for a higher starting rate. Why our Teachers Love Little Hands? Qualifications:
EEC I/T Teacher Certification is a must Infant and/or toddler classroom experience preferred Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements Must complete required background checks and trainings Must be dependable, positive, and able to work a consistent schedule
