Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative lesson plans
