Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Toddler & Preschool Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. As a key part of our team, you'll implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, manage classroom activities, and build strong relationships with children and their families. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Provide attentive toddler care and preschool instruction that promotes healthy growth, curiosity, and independence. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe and respectful environment. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols. Conduct assessments of child development using standardized testing tools to tailor instruction effectively. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through hands-on activities. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is required. Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education principles and early intervention programs is a plus. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training in childhood development is encouraged. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Experience teaching physical education or tutoring young children is advantageous. Ability to follow mandated reporting laws diligently and uphold child welfare standards. A genuine passion for early childhood education with a focus on fostering growth through innovative teaching methods such as Montessori or literacy education.
