Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe and respectful environment. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols. Conduct assessments of child development using standardized testing tools to tailor instruction effectively. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is required.
