The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for our preschool students. This role requires working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, ensuring the daily activities promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support preschool learning goals. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to families and staff. Manage classroom behavior with positive guidance techniques. Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to optimize student experience and learning outcomes. Maintain daily records and reports as required by the school and licensing agencies. Participate in professional development and team meetings. Requirements Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, ideally in a lead teaching role. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work the full shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Relevant certifications and/or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
