This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for pre-kindergarten students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development. The ideal candidate will be committed to early childhood education and skilled at designing age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for PreK students. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents and staff. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the educational experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school policies and regulations. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Relevant certification for teaching PreK is highly desirable. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work anywhere from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
