Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Active state teaching license/certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain) Previous experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a school environment Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Flexibility to adapt to new settings and educational approaches
