Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and adapt curriculum to meet IEP goals and diverse learning needs in a classroom setting. Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to implement educational plans. Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating updates to all stakeholders. Foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere that promotes engagement, inclusion, and student growth. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and parent conferences as necessary.
