Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience in elementary, middle, or high school special education classrooms Strong understanding of IEP processes, accommodations, and behavior intervention strategies Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about fostering student growth
