The Quality Engineer position is for someone who wants to move beyond routine compliance and actively shape the processes that ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. The Quality Engineer bridges technical excellence and operational success, ensuring the company's output consistently meets rigorous specifications. The ideal Quality Engineer is a strong leader, highly organized, and has at least 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing. The Quality Engineer position is a full-time, direct-hire position in Moorpark, CA.Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain QMS, WI & SOP's to Keep Operations running at Peak Efficiency Lead Systemic Root Cause Investigations (CAPA's) & Implement Sustainable Corrective Actions to resolve Production & Customer Issues Ensure Full Compliance with Industry Standards (IPC, ISO, AS) & Review Customer Requirements with a Keen Focus on theJ-STD-001
Space Addendum Proactively Design Projects thatImprove Capability & Performance, Reducing Waste & Driving Excellence Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Quality Engineer Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required At Least 5 Years in Electronics Manufacturing; a Deep Understanding ofJ-STD-001
Space Addendum or NASA Standards is a must Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is a Plus Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification is preferred Extensive Knowledge of IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-001S) is Preferred Be Strategically Minded for Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting Excellent Communication Skills & Comfortable with Public Speaking Strong Leadership Skills & Capable of Leading Cross-Functional Teams & Hosting External Audits Detail-oriented, Highly Organized & have the Ability to Thrive in aFast-Paced Environment PrideStaff Hiring Requirements:
