SharePoint Full Job Description Title:

AR Specialist Location:

Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)

Duration:

3 Months contract with possible extension or contract to hire

Pay Rate:

$31.07/hr. on w2 Hybrid working in the Issaquah office 2 days a week. Temp assignment working until the end of the year. Could be extended or turn into a full-time opportunity depending on workload / dept growth. Reports to the F&O Supervisor D365 is the current ERP system. Here's a guideline for the role as a "F&O Shared Services" AR specialist:

Daily Activities :

• Extract and save customer payment journals from D365 to SharePoint for reconciliation support.
• Extract and save daily cash reports received by email into the designated SharePoint folder.

Weekly Activities :

• Process payroll
• Prepare and distribute customized payroll reports for projects that require formats not generated directly by the system.
• Monthly Activities
• Process AP-related vendor invoices such as Workforce, S2 Verify, and UltiPro invoices (some automated through a bot, some manual).
• Upload and maintain escalation index updates.
• Post payroll funding invoices for upcoming months and subsequently post credits once funding is received.
• Bank Statements Deposits / Checks to Cust Adv account (5 c;lients: Tacoma, Ferndale, Nacogdoches, etc) Annual /

Seasonal Activities:

• Process PR funding setup for the following year
