Summary:

As a Financial Services Leasing Specialist , you will manage the North American leasing program, serving as a primary contact for customers and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery. This role requires strong customer support skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and project management within the leasing program.

Responsibilities:

Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to lease extensions, buyout requests, and transfers. Proactively contact customers through outbound phone calls. Problem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal and external teams. Navigate and manage workload using multiple systems. Exercise independent judgement to problem solve complex customer issues. Collaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service. Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions while meeting or exceeding individual KPIs.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience. Prior experience in an administrative role or dealership. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, vlookups) are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and cross train through all roles of the team. Experience with project management. Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
