What You'll Do Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection options. Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build and maintain professional client relationships. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development. Set and work toward individual production, income, and professional development goals. Develop sales, communication, leadership, and business-building skills. Manage a flexible schedule around your personal responsibilities. Work toward additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities based on performance. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Coachable and open to professional development. Interested in developing long-term professional, business, and financial skills. Licensing Requirements A state insurance license is required before conducting insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the required state licensing process.
