Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with individuals with behavioral health challenges, implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is essential in providing patient care, collecting data, and supporting the development of effective care plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients. This position is part time or full time working Mon-Fri 8:30am-2:30pm. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct support and care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals. Assist in the development and modification of care plans based on ongoing assessments. Educate clients and families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare professionals. Experience Previous experience in special education or patient care is preferred. minimum of 1 year as RBT experience is preferred Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and practices is a plus. Knowledge of data collection methods and applied behavior analysis techniques is highly desirable. Experience with medical documentation and understanding of medical records management is beneficial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for educating clients and collaborating with team members.
