Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role as a Registered Behavior Technician, where making a difference in the educational journey of students is your everyday mission. This position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 27, 2027. Youll work onsite for 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to support positive student outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued Strong observational and data collection skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising staff Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities
What You'll Do:
Gather, record, and organize behavioral data as part of ongoing assessments and interventions Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to follow individualized behavior support plans designed by supervising clinicians Communicate observations, progress, and challenges to the supervising BCBA and educational team Maintain confidentiality and comply with
HIPAA/FERPA
regulations Foster a safe, respectful, and positive school environment for all students Fully engage onsite; this role requires physical presence at the school each scheduled workday This opportunity provides a chance to positively impact students lives while gaining experience in an educational setting.
