Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued Strong observational and data collection skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising staff Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities
What You'll Do:
Gather, record, and organize behavioral data as part of ongoing assessments and interventions Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to follow individualized behavior support plans designed by supervising clinicians Communicate observations, progress, and challenges to the supervising BCBA and educational team Maintain confidentiality and comply with
HIPAA/FERPA
