Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working onsite as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting the growth and development of students in a vibrant school setting. This role offers the unique chance to contribute your expertise in behavioral support while making a significant difference in the lives of children in an educational environment. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through late May 2027, providing long-term stability for those passionate about student success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required Previous school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory Strong skills in data collection and information gathering Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Gather and systematically record data on student behavior and progress Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support student IEP goals Implement behavior support plans with fidelity in classroom and school settings Participate in team meetings, trainings, and daily briefings as necessary Maintain accurate documentation according to school policies Why This Opportunity?
