We are a busy, patient-centered dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and an excellent experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is confident in the dental front office, understands insurance, communicates well with patients, and wants to grow with our practice long-term.
Schedule Tuesday-Friday:
7:30 AM-5:00 PM Occasional Mondays may be required based on the needs of the practice. Responsibilities Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financial options with patients Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage Work with PPO dental insurance plans and Colorado Medicaid Submit dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently Follow up on outstanding claims and insurance issues as needed Schedule patients appropriately and help maintain a productive clinical schedule Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients by phone, in person, and electronically Coordinate with doctors, assistants, hygienists, and other front-office team members Help patients overcome scheduling, financial, and insurance-related barriers to completing treatment Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in Dentrix Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through completion of care Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Proficiency with Dentrix is required Strong understanding of dental insurance, including PPO plans Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Experience submitting and managing dental insurance claims Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a busy dental practice Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on responsibilities Who We're Looking For We want someone who is more than simply experienced at the front desk.
