Dental Treatment Coordinator - Patient Care & Case Acceptance Focus Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area) Join a Practice Where Patient Care and Team Culture Come First Aten & Garofalo Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our established, highly reputable two-doctor practice in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. This is a key role within our practice - supporting patients in understanding their treatment, navigating financial options, and feeling confident moving forward with their care. What You'll Do
Guide patients through treatment plans and help them understand the value of their care
Discuss financial options and support patients in making informed decisions
Partner closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless case presentation and follow-through
Track and follow up on unscheduled treatment
Support scheduling and coordination of treatment appointments
Deliver a high-touch, personalized patient experience
Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and team members What We're Looking For We're looking for a team member who brings strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2+ years of dental experience (Preferred)
Communicates clearly and confidently, with the ability to simplify complex information
Is comfortable discussing financials and helping patients move forward with treatment
Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
