We are seeking a compassionate and organized Foster Care & Adoption Worker to provide case management, family support, foster parent licensing, and adoption-related services for children and families involved in our programs. Key Responsibilities Recruit, assess, train, license, and support foster and adoptive families. Conduct home studies, assessments, service plans, and case documentation. Provide case management, advocacy, referrals, and supportive counseling services. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with children and families. Monitor placements and ensure compliance with agency and state requirements. Collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams to meet the needs of children and families. Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed case records. Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, plus relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong assessment, communication, writing, and organizational skills. Knowledge of child welfare, foster care, adoption, case management, and community resources preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with families, community partners, and team members. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 10.0 per week
