Golden Family Chiropractic is looking for a full-time Patient Care & Experience Coordinator to join our small, growing team in Charlotte. This is a highly patient-facing, hands-on role working closely with moms, babies, children, and families. This is not a traditional desk-only administrative position. You'll help own the patient experience and daily patient flow throughout the office. That includes performing nervous system scans after training, supporting new patient visits and re-exams, helping patients feel known and cared for, celebrating milestones, keeping clinical areas organized and prepared, and noticing what needs attention before someone has to ask. We're a small team, so everyone is cross-trained and willing to jump in when needed. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the office and take real ownership of their role. What You'll Do Perform nervous system scans on adults, babies, and children after training Help manage daily patient flow and keep visits running smoothly Support new patient visits, re-exams, and wellness scans Create a warm, welcoming experience for patients and families Build relationships with patients and remember important details about their care and lives Track patient milestones, re-exams, follow-ups, and other important touchpoints Help recognize and celebrate patient wins and milestones Help with reviews, testimonials, photos, and patient engagement Keep patient areas, scan rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, and prepared Notice gaps in patient flow or experience and help solve them Assist with community events and office initiatives Help with our patient Facebook community, Canva graphics, newsletters, and office content Cross-train on phones, scheduling, payments, check-in, and checkout Support the Office Manager and doctors while taking ownership of the patient-facing side of the practice Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Warm, outgoing, and naturally comfortable talking with people Genuinely comfortable around babies and children Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to notice what needs to be done Reliable and strong with follow-through Comfortable multitasking and changing priorities in a busy environment Coachable and receptive to feedback Able to work independently once trained Comfortable learning new technology and systems Creative and willing to contribute ideas Someone who takes pride in doing more than the bare minimum Interested in becoming invested in a small team and growing with the practice long-term Previous chiropractic experience is not required. We provide training on our clinical systems, nervous system scans, and office procedures. Experience in healthcare, childcare, education, hospitality, customer service, sales, office administration, or another people-facing environment is a plus. Monday & Wednesday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Tuesday & Thursday:

1:00 PM-7:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM-12:00

PM Saturday:

7:00 AM-11:00 AM Additional time may occasionally be scheduled for team meetings, training, or administrative work. Please review the schedule carefully before applying. Pay:
