About the Role As a Clinician at Envision, you'll support individuals and families through clinical assessment, counseling, and collaboration. You'll be part of a compassionate and mission-driven team that values your voice, honors your expertise, and supports your development. Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments to determine service eligibility
- Prepare service authorizations and maintain documentation in compliance with guidelines
- The opportunity to support clients through individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care, respond to client crises, and make community referrals
- Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education
- Facilitate or support mental health workshops and outreach
- Engage in regular clinical supervision Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Approved, meeting the requirements to be approved, as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work by the appropriate Virginia Board
- Completion of 600+ clinical hours through practicum or internship
- Strong foundational clinical skills and a desire to grow What We Offer
