Finding the right person is about more than experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, hardworking, great with people, and excited to be part of a team that truly works together. Our clinical assistants work closely with our doctors and team to provide excellent care while helping our patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported throughout their orthodontic experience. What You'll Do Assist our orthodontists with patient care and procedures Prepare patients and treatment areas for appointments Take digital scans, photographs, and X-rays as trained and permitted Assist with orthodontic procedures and appliance care Educate patients and parents on treatment and home care Follow sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintain accurate patient records and organized treatment areas Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly Support your teammates wherever needed We'd Love to Meet Someone Who Genuinely enjoys working with people Is friendly and helps patients feel at ease Is dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Works well in a busy, fast-paced environment Communicates well with patients, parents, doctors, and coworkers Takes initiative and is always willing to help Is open to feedback and eager to learn and grow Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred, but orthodontic experience is not required for the right candidate. A strong dental background, great attitude, and willingness to learn can go a long way! Relevant certifications, licenses, and radiology experience are a plus.
