Healing Steps Counseling is a busy out patient mental health clinic in the heart of Lehi. We are looking for a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, CSW, ACMCH, or AMFT to join our team. We offer competitive pay, and are looking to fill a part time positions with the opportunity to grow into full time if desired. We are able to provide in house supervision to any of the associate degrees listed above. We are a local group private practice that is not associated with any venture capitalist programs. The therapeutic atmosphere in our office creates a calming safe space for clients, and a supportive environment with the therapist who work here. We would love to have someone join our team who works with couples and/or adolescents. We cover medical, dental, and vision benefits for our full time employee. Full time is 30 clinical hours per week. However at this time we are only hiring part time with the ability to grow into full time. Full and part time employees can enroll in 401k with a 4% employer matching, paid time off, and continuing education credit to use per year. We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously, has good clinical experience, strong boundaries, passionate about the mental health field, and an understanding of ethics within the profession.
