Cornerstone Therapies is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a strong Master's-Level Mid-Tier Supervisor to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team. Position Responsibilities Responsibilities will be assigned based on the candidate's credentials, experience, and scope of practice. Clinical Supervision and Case Support Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct-care staff. Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, modeling, and competency-based training. Monitor treatment implementation, procedural integrity, client progress, and staff documentation. Collaborate with caregivers, school personnel, clinical team members, and other professionals involved in the client's care. Provide parent and caregiver education to promote consistency and generalization across environments. Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and team trainings. Assessment and Treatment Planning Qualified BCBAs will independently: Conduct and interpret behavioral and developmental assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior-support plans, skill-acquisition programs, and caregiver-training goals. Complete functional behavior assessments and other clinically appropriate assessments. Review data and make timely, data-informed treatment decisions. Prepare progress reports and present outcomes using visual analysis and objective clinical narratives. Master's-Level Mid-Tier Supervisors will assist with assessment, program development, caregiver training, data analysis, and treatment-plan implementation under the direction and supervision of a BCBA and within their demonstrated competence and assigned scope. Documentation and Compliance Complete accurate, timely session notes, supervision documentation, reports, and other required records. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements, ethical standards, funding-source requirements, and company policies. Communicate clinical concerns and meaningful changes in client progress promptly. Support treatment that is compassionate, evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each client and family. Qualifications BCBA Candidates Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Experience supervising direct-care staff and providing caregiver consultation Experience conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience working with pediatric and neurodiverse populations preferred Master's-Level Mid-Tier Supervisor Candidates Completed master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related field Graduate-level training and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Experience providing ABA services and supporting or supervising direct-care staff Strong understanding of data collection, skill-acquisition programming, behavior-support strategies, and caregiver collaboration Current enrollment in or completion of BCBA coursework and progress toward BCBA certification strongly preferred Ability to practice under BCBA oversight and remain within the responsibilities authorized by applicable funding sources and company policy All Candidates Commitment to ethical, assent-informed, and client-centered care Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary clinical teams Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance Ability to travel between the clinic and assigned service locations Ability to provide required health and safety documentation, including applicable immunization records, TB clearance, and CPR certification Successful completion of required background-clearance procedures Compensation Compensation is based on the position for which the applicant is qualified, as well as relevant experience, education, credentials, and demonstrated clinical competencies.

$85,000-$114,400 annually

Master's-Level Mid-Tier Supervisor:
