Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavioral interventions across home, school, community, and clinic settings.
Assessments & Reporting:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and intake evaluations; write progress reports and timely authorization renewals.
Supervision & Mentorship:
Provide high-quality supervision and field-work training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Coordinate care with caregivers, educators, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure holistic client progress.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze clinical data frequently to adjust treatment protocols and maximize outcomes.

Must-Have Requirements:
Certification:
Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Education:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a closely related field.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance for field-based travel.
Compliance:
Ability to obtain background clearance (Live Scan) and TB clearance.
Skills:
Strong clinical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves): Experience working with early intervention populations and young children. Strong baseline familiarity or interest in Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Interest in leadership development, clinical mentorship, and trauma-informed care.
