We focus on improving testing workflows, quality, and compliance to support faster, more reliable clinical decisions. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accessioner for an immediate opening in our high-complexity laboratory in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will accurately receive, process, and track clinical specimens to ensure seamless downstream testing workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, and inspect incoming specimen deliveries with strict adherence to chain-of-custody and safety protocols.
• Review test requisition forms to identify and verify all necessary patient and physician information.
• Match specimen vial identifiers accurately with requisition documentation to eliminate discrepancies.
• Resolve missing, incomplete, or discrepant sample information by contacting client offices or following standard operating procedures.
• Enter specimen data efficiently and accurately into the laboratory information system (LIS). Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory, medical office, or specimen accessioning environment.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-complexity laboratory setting. Schedule & Shifts
• Weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts as required.
• Shift options include 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, or flexible part-time hours (16-40 hours per week). Benefits
