Sessions can vary in length based on the player and demand. We provide all massage equipment and supplies needed for your shift, so therapists can simply show up ready to work. This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. We are especially interested in therapists looking to work late night hours (night shifts run as late as 4:00AM). Therapists earn $1 per massage minute (up to $60/hour of hands-on work) + 100% of their tips. Because earnings are based on massages performed, there is no guaranteed hourly compensation or minimum earnings. The role is highly social and a great fit for new therapists wanting to build confidence and hands-on experience, experienced therapists looking for flexible supplemental income, or therapists interested in connecting with the local community and meeting potential private clients.
