About Us:
At Kraken Massage & Body , we are a therapist-owned clinical practice with a reputation as the go-to place for advanced corrective bodywork, pain management, sports performance, and post-surgical recovery. We help clients overcome stress, chronic pain, and injuries so they can live active, healthy lives.
Our Philosophy:
We Hire for Character, We Train for Skill Great hands-on technique can be taught; exceptional work ethic, punctuality, and personal integrity cannot. If you are an active Texas LMT who is coachable, dependable, and loves problem-solving pain patterns as part of a collaborative team, we will provide the high-level clinical training you need to excel. Who You Are (The Right Fit):
Punctual & Dependable:
You respect your clients' time, your team's schedule, and show up prepared for every shift.
Curious & Coachable:
You have a growth mindset, love learning functional anatomy, and are excited to master our clinic's custom treatment planning standards.
A Collaborative Team Player:
You thrive in an environment where therapists support one another, communicate openly through our team app, and uplift the clinic vibe.
Integrity-Driven:
You communicate clearly and honestly with clients, recommend genuine care plans, and maintain a high standard of professional excellence. Experience with Clinical Cupping, MLD, or Orthopedic Massage is a plus, but not required —we provide comprehensive in-house training and CEU support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough client intakes and create structured, goal-oriented treatment plans (we will train you on our clinical protocol). Deliver high-quality corrective massage therapy tailored to individual client needs. Provide confident post-session follow-ups: summarizing care, recommending home exercise/stretches, and mapping out return visits. Maintain prompt, reliable attendance and ensure your treatment room is clean, stocked, and ready prior to every session. Actively engage in team communication, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical skill sessions. Maintain an active Texas Massage License and liability insurance.
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work select evenings and at least 1 Saturday per month . What We Offer (Benefits & Perks):
Competitive Compensation:
$48.00 - $75.00/hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.

Learn high-level corrective protocols, orthopedic techniques, and treatment planning directly from experienced clinicians.
Free In-House Wellness Services:
Unlimited employee access to our Far-Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Red Light Therapy.
CEU & License Support:
