Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans, progress notes, and client feedback Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to develop comprehensive pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance your skills and certifications Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills Hands-on experience with various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles Previous work in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment plans Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills can truly make a difference.
