Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, supervision, and performance management for primary care providers and clinical staff.

QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start).Minimum 9 years of progressive primary care clinical experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing medical operations or provider teams.
Strong knowledge of quality improvement, provider management, compliance, and healthcare regulations.
Experience in trauma-informed care, behavioral health integration, cognitive behavioral therapies, or motivational interviewing is preferred.
Preferred SkillsExcellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care.
Ability to improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, and provider performance.
Required Licensure & CertificationsActive Texas Medical License.

Valid Driver's License.

$184,271 annually (approximately $88.59/hour)OverviewA well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Medical Director of Primary Care to lead its primary care services while providing direct patient care. This physician leadership role is responsible for overseeing provider performance, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, managing compliance and risk, and driving continuous improvement across primary care operations.
