Job Description
Regional Medical Director The Texas Department of State Health Services is hiring a Regional Medical Director. This is a full-time, on-site position and the physician must reside in or be willing to move to El Paso, Texas. All applicants MUST apply through the Career Center. This role will be responsible for: Coordinating activities with county local public health departments. Leading public health activities in counties without a local health department. Serving as the lead physician and regional administrator for public health services provided to West Texas. The salary range is $15,037.75 - $20,000.00 per month based on qualifications and experience. This position requires a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas, or the ability to obtain such licensing in a timely fashion.
