Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bowie known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT. ??
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Rate Range:
˜ $40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs ?
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current MD license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
