Key Qualifications:

Active OT license issued by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy (NCBOT) Completed post-graduate Occupational Therapy degree; master's preferred Demonstrated school-based therapy experience, with clear documentation of services provided Strong assessment skills, especially in motor screenings, and conducting OT evaluations directly related to educational programming and state standards Proficiency with standardized assessments frequently used in school OT practice, especially SPM-2 and Sensory Profile 2 Competence interpreting and applying evaluative findings in school settings Ability to register with NC Tracks and obtain an NPI number prior to start Willingness to complete required DCDEE fingerprinting and district background checks
