This role provides services at a dynamic preschool center and surrounding preschools, helping young children achieve milestones that set them up for lifelong success. From collaborating with educators to individualized student sessions, your expertise will make a broad, meaningful impact. This in-person position begins at the end of August 2026 and extends through November, offering a unique chance to work with a diverse preschool population. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) valid in Oregon Previous experience in school or early childhood settings is preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Commitment to cultivating a supportive, inclusive learning environment Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services and assessments for students ages 3-5 Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Offer consultation and strategies for classroom adaptations and sensory needs Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school policies Partner with families to support carryover of skills at home Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
