Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state credentials Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal & communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse needs Collaborative approach working with fellow educators and support staff

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy sessions for students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students needs and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Partner with teachers and families, recommending classroom strategies and modifications Advocate for student independence with self-care, fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and social participation Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing school initiatives Look forward to a fulfilling position where you can make a lasting difference while enjoying robust support.
