Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure or eligibility in Rhode Island Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities Adaptable and eager to embrace new environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Assess and create individualized treatment plans to address student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support Document progress and maintain compliance with educational and clinical standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary strategies
