Job Description

Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Twin Falls Transitional Care Center | Twin Falls ID Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Twin Falls Transitional Care Center in Twin Falls. At Independence Rehab, we are passionate about helping people stay independent in the later chapters of life. We partner closely with skilled nursing facilities to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care. Experience Includes:
Treating a medically complex geriatric population Functional mobility and transfer training Adaptive ADL retraining Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams If there are areas where you would like additional support or training, we are happy to help provide mentorship and competency development.
Qualifications:
Current Idaho COTA license SNF experience preferred, but not required Compassion for the geriatric population Strong communication and teamwork skills While we prefer candidates with at least one year of SNF experience, we are always excited to connect with caring, passionate therapists who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
