We partner closely with skilled nursing facilities to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care. Qualifications:

Current Idaho COTA license SNF experience preferred, but not required Compassion for the geriatric population Strong communication and teamwork skills While we prefer candidates with at least one year of SNF experience, we are always excited to connect with caring, passionate therapists who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
