Advanced Hand Therapy is a one-of-a-kind independently owned outpatient rehab clinic specializing in treatments of the entire upper extremity. We are hiring an occupational therapist or a certified occupational therapy assistant to help care for our patients. On the job training is provided, no experience is necessary. This is a full time position. On the job training provided you will be taught how to: Address client's aspects of performance to support engagement in activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living Follow the treatment plan and structured goals set up by the certified hand therapist and any providers. Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve mobility Provide strength training and education to patients on safety and body mechanics Learn and participate in splint making Document progress on long-and short-term treatment goals No experience necessary, we offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
