Description Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery Physician Assistant 50/50 split between first-assisting in the operating room and outpatient clinic Variety of spinal and cranial cases See patients for pre-op assessments and post-op follow-ups in the clinic Conduct hospital rounds Participate in a rotating call schedule, approximately 1 in 5 weeks ( stipend is provided for on-call duties) Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend requirements outside of the assigned call schedule Qualifications Ability to obtain Oregon Physician Assistant license Previous experience in a surgical specialty New graduates with clinical rotations in relevant surgical subspecialties Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary Quarterly bonus structure Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and Long-term Disability insurance Malpractice insurance coverage
